All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping.

Exceptions to the Policy

1. Manufacturer Defects:

    a. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description of the issue and supporting photos.

    b. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

2. Damaged in Shipping:

    a. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

    b. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    c. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the extent of the damage.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

3. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
